Each individual may hold one registered account on efawin. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated funds being forfeited. Multiple accounts registered with the same payment method, device, or IP address will be investigated.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific rollover multiples, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods are detailed in each individual promotion's terms. Misuse of bonus offers may result in cancellation.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. You will be required to submit a copy of your MyKad or passport and recent bank statement or utility bill. Withdrawals are processed to verified Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets only.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Efawin will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted from your account is your responsibility unless unauthorised access is reported immediately.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated tools or bots, and any attempt to exploit software errors are strictly prohibited. Efawin reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, with or without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and Efawin (hereinafter "Efawin", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the efawin website, mobile platform, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform Services").

Efawin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and witholding of funds pending investigation.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate or multiple Account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited.
Upon registration, you must provide a valid email address, unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Efawin will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your Account access details.
You must ensure that all personal information registered to your Account is accurate, current, and matches the details associated with your payment methods. Any discrepancy between Account details and KYC documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Account Security Notice: Efawin will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from Efawin, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
Access to and use of the Platform is granted eligible Users for personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:
Efawin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer to and from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits may also be accepted subject to prevailing Platform conditions.
Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Account in real time subject to successful processing by your selected payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion. Efawin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply independent charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
KYC Verification: Efawin is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents include a copy of your MyKad or passport and a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months confirming your registered address.
Efawin reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or place a temporary hold on Account funds where KYC verification is incomplete, where the source of funds requires further review, or where a compliance investigation is ongoing.
Efawin offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and referal bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which are published alongside the respective promotion.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:
All bets placed on the efawin Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. In the event of a conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or market.
Sports Betting: Bets are accepted and settled based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond a specified threshold, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Efawin's sports betting rules include coverage of the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, the UFC, and other international sporting events.
Live Casino: All live dealer game results are generated in real time under independently audited conditions. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed and settled based on available data. Where a round cannot be settled, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP figures represent long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee individual session results.
Efawin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the User's Account balance.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited in its entirety. Where an Account is closed for compliance or administrative reasons unrelated to a User breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completed KYC review.

All content on the efawin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Efawin or its licensed content partners, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content.
Any unauthorised use of Efawin's intellectual property, including the reproduction of game content or the use of Efawin branding without express written consent, is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Efawin, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Efawin's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits Efawin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or your Account, you agree to first contact Efawin's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Efawin aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as specified in the Platform's regulatory framework. Efawin will co-operate fully with any such process.
